Installing and removing the battery pack on your Rotozip rotary tool

• For best results, fully charge the battery pack before installing it on the rotary tool.
• Push the battery pack release button and remove the battery pack from the battery charger.
• Position the battery pack near the rotary tool handle and align the battery pack slots with the rails inside the rotary tool handle.
• Slide the battery pack into the handle and push the battery pack in until it fully seats.
• Pull the battery pack backward to make sure it's fully seated and latched in the rotary tool handle.
• To remove the battery pack, press the release button and slide the battery pack out of the rotary tool handle.

Charging the battery pack for your Rotozip rotary tool

• Plug the battery charger power cord into the electrical wall outlet before inserting the battery pack in the charger for recharging.
• Slide the battery pack into the charger. Make sure that the battery pack is fully inserted in the charger.
• The red charging light will blink continuously, indicating that the charging process has started.
• The red charging light will turn on continuously when the battery pack is fully charged. You can leave the battery pack on the charger even after it's fully charged without harming the battery pack.
