Troubleshooting your Canon printer

• Won't turn on. Check the electrical outlet to see if it's working. Reset the circuit breaker for the electrical outlet if the outlet has no power. If the outlet has power, check the power cord for damage and replace the power cord if it's cut or frayed.
• Prints a blank page. Check the ink cartridge and replace the cartridge if it's damaged or empty.
• Carriage is stuck. Check for jammed paper and remove the paper if it's preventing the carriage from moving. Replace parts in the carriage if you find damaged or missing parts.
