PARTS NOT USABLE

The parts did not fit; they were totally incompatible with the Kenmore Range. The shape, nomenclature and arrangement of the indicators were reverse of the original. IF, the part could be modified to fit, the "word OFF" would have been upside down anyway. Didn't matter, a modification was not possible. The shank was short, the original was long. I thought Sears Parts had better communications with Universal suppliers than this. In your ease and timing choices below, there was NO - Not Applicable choice. The parts were NOT installed. I have ordered replacement-will-fit parts from Sears PartsDirect for other products in the past, but this happening was way off base.
