Simple to install after turning OFF circuit breaker. Four screws to remove panel above oven, then one nut to pull out old switch. Install new switch and nut, reinstall panel, and reenergized circuit breaker..

Worst experience EVER!

I had to order and re-order this part 3 times already and each time they got it wrong. In the chat room they sound like they know what you're talking about, but they are totally detached from their inventory control system. I wasted more than one month and finally gave up.

Wrong part

Order this part and the part I was sent is not the item in the picture for the #700855K. Called Customer service and re-ordered. Second time, same incorrect part sent. Spoke to Cust service again, they are having someone from R&D contact me, but I have not yet heard from them. I need the exact part in the picture on the website for this part number. Please someone contact me so I can make sure I get the correct part.

Wrong part shipped twice

Arranged to have a Sears Tech to come out to install the part, he took it out of the package and said it was the wrong part because the prongs were not on the bottom as shown on the picture. We paid $89+ service charge and had to return the part. I again chatted with a Service Rep online & via phone and we again ordered what was suppose to be the correct part (this time I ordered 2). Order F191906 arrived 11/2/2020 and the parts were 2 of the wrong parts again. I requested a Return Label and will be sending the parts back tomorrow. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. It was very difficult and time consuming because we could never get the right part.

Not the correct Part, Not for JennAir

The model did not have the correct port labels L1, L2, P, H1, H2, etc. and had extra connector points and fried the entire appliance even without being turned on, just switched on a breaker... I have replaced the original swithch before and worked fine. These made me have to buy an entirely new appliance.
