Easy to purchase - difficult to return

Return page couldn't find my order. Automated agent couldn't either despite taking 20 minutes. Finally referred me via link to a a web page that said "page not found." The automated agent then kept me waiting another 15 minutes before connecting me to a human agent which took another 10 minutes. Finally after 10 more minutes the human agent told me a return label would be emailed to me sometimes in the next 3 days. Really?? Between automated chat and.human agent over an hour is unacceptable to get a return label. And why is the automated return page not working.
