Once the old tie rod was removed, the new tie rod and bushings took about two minutes to replace.

Hard to install
As this is not original part, it doesn't work very well for Craftsman mowers. Part is smaller than it should be and as it is plastic, breaks easily.

Have not recieved
The Drank link arrived the Box all beat up looked like it had more tape added and a hole in the box and if the bushing were packed in that box they were not in it. I sent email and have heard nothing yet installing difficult if you didn't get the part
