DISHWASHER RACK REBUILD
Once the parts came (backordered for 10-12 weeks), they fit perfectly. I needed to use the video instructions since the instructions that were sent weren't clear. I did appreciate the weekly updates on the backordered parts.

Dishwasher Dishrack Adjuster Kit
The product itself is very good. The written instructions that came with the kit are terrible. Difficult to understand and the graphics/pictures in the instructions are impossible to see. Parts Direct has a video online that made the installation very easy.
