No picture of the drain nipple

Ordered the tank , had to return it because the drain nipple was on the wrong side. It would be nice if you provided pictures of the underside of the tank so we know what to order No additional info offered at all Bad customer service Plus you need a real person to talk to That chat is useless as to getting real information
