Well it's complicated
I ordered a whole assembly which was about 8 or 9 individual parts. I received all except 4 of the parts. Sent it back 3 times and received the same parts all 3 times. So I asked for a refund and they sent me one. So all's we'll that ends well. I would buy from them again due to good customer service during this mishap.
