great company to do business with

The website provided great advice as well as a great price on a discontinued item. I am very happy and will consider Sears Parts Direct again in the future.

perfect fit , shipping on time .

This was my first attempt to fix my dishwasher door that would not open and let the detergent out. This part was the easiest to start with but unfortunely it was not the problem. The part fit perfectly though.

Right part, installed easily, works like new!

$5 part was exactly what I needed, not bad to install, and it all works like new. Much easier than buying a new dishwasher!

Challenging but do-able

This was a challenge for me to replace, as I've never done any sort of appliance repair before. The part arrived with no instructions so I went to the internet to see if I could find help. Luckily, there was a Youtube video that walked me through it (linked below). It was still intimidating but it worked and I'm really proud that I fixed it myself instead of calling a repairperson.

Install took some figuring out

Didn't take long to install, but would of been nice to have some instructions.

Somewhat easy to install

You need to remove inside door cover to install. They should include instructions.
