I'm still waiting for the part. It's been over 3 weeks and it hasn't arrived yet with no communication from sears. In short I'm not happy and very disappointed.

No parts for my machine
The part shipped was what customer service person said was made for my trimmer. The part that was sent was not for my machine and come to find out SEARS does not even make parts for my machine now. I have a piece of equipment purchased from SEARS and no backing of parts.

They sent me the wrong part. I
The bolt was spot welded onto the ball and was too big to screw into the shaft. So I cut it off and used used the bolt I ordered.

Wrong Size
Attempted installation, but bolt did not fit the drive shaft ' too large. As it is welded on to the Ball, I can not reuse the old bolt. And, the part is non-returnable. In this case, the "replacement" part substitution did not fit. Though, the other associated replacement parts were fine ' all good. Just need to understand that the possibility does exist that the replacement part as opposed to the original part manufactured by Sears/Craftsman may not fit.
