Keep sending the wrong part
Got 2 bulbs. One was good, the other smashed. They've sent the wrong bulb replacement twice now. Hope they get it right the third time.

Incompetent Order Filling
I have been trying to get a new light; bulb for my Whirlpool Canopy Range Hood. The first bulb that was sent was the wrong type and it was received broken. This was because the bulb was sent through the US Mail inside 2 bubble wrap envelopes. I called and requested another bulb to be shipped in a box. The second bulb was also received broken because it too was shipped in a single bubble wrap envelope. I have requested a third bulb and that it be shipped in a box.

Wrong Part and No Service
The part which the technician told me to order was the wrong one for my range hood. It did not fit, and I have returned it to Sears PartsDirect. Since I received no service and was advised to42327254 order the wrong part, you should refund the $150.00 service charge which I paid ()

It is easy to install.
Installation is easy, once you read the instructions that come with the appliance you are installing the bulb in. I found out both bulbs need to be installed before power is restored to the unit - do not install with power on to the unit.
