Wrong part and mis-charged

While I was assured by the sales agent that the oven door gasket was exactly the proper gasket for my GE oven, it was not. The length is about 4" short and the number of attachment pins are not correct and not pre-inserted in proper positions. I have a copy of the chat exchange with the agent. Shipping sent me 2 transaction invoices, 1 of which was for someone else's invoice, and charged my bank account for an extra $217.xx. This error was corrected. Sears Parts use to be the one place I could rely on in years past.
