Straight Forward No Hassle Online Ordering

Wound up not using the compressor due to other siginificant problems with the refrigerator. Made the decision to replace the entire appliance. I will say that Sears Parts Direct (SPD) was easy to order from and the part came sooner than expected. I would suggest improving your system to send routine updates on the status of the order. From point of order until delivery notification there were no updates from SPD. Since I am returning the part I can say that the return process has been just as simple and straight forward - go online, answer a few questions and the system generates an RMA (Return Merchansice Authorization) number and a UPS shipping lable. Could not be easier. Let's see how fast my credit card is credited before a final review. Let me say that installing a compressor into an air conditioner or regfrigeration appliance is not for the do-it-yourselfer. I am an HVAC/R industry professional so I have the experience, tools and materials to do this kind of repair. Do not attempt this if you do not have HVAC/R experience and the proper tools.
