medium skill required
With the mower removed and the front of the mower elevated on blocks I was able to remove and replaced the drive belt. I had to remove a pin by the drive pulley and a small wire harness. I was also helpful to remove a rear wheel to get better access to the rear pulley.

Very difficult to install
I've changed many ground drive belts over the years and it is normally a fairly simple, if not aggravating job This one on this craftsman mover was impossible for me to complete. The installation requires that the electric clutch be removed. The key slot on the PTO shaft was different than any I'd seen and I was unable to get the electric clutch back on the shaft nor was I able to remove the key from the inside the pulley to reinstall as I had learned before. I'd say this job is extremely difficult for many DIY'er. I had to take my GT to a repair shop.

Easy Parts Look-up on Website
Website accepted part number from owners manual. Number was old, but website cross-referenced to new part number. Delivery was not fast, but part seems to be a match. Haven't installed part as it was purchased as a spare. Have replaced belt previously with relative ease, but took time and did not rush.

Too long
This belt is at least 2 inches too long. You have to let the clutch out 99% before it engages, and no matter how slowly and carefully you are, when it does engage, the front wheels lift off the ground violently. The belt itself seems to be of high quality, it is just too long.
