Easy Install, long back-order was inconvenient.
LONG back-order was inconvenient, Early Feb-Early Apr. BUT...Sears can't ship unless GE supplies. AND, GE direct parts dept. showed even longer anticipated delivery time. To Sears credit, they sent frequent reminders that my order had not been forgotten, the product remained on back-order. As to installation...Lay dishwasher on it's side, remove 4 phillips screws, pull out broken caster, insert new caster, replace 4 screws and return appliance to upright position. 'Took me longer to type this review than it did to replace the caster.
