Rinse dispenser replacement cap
I only needed the rinse dispenser cap. You said I had to purchase the entire soap dispenser and then install it on my own. With no other option I ordered the entire soap dispenser. When it arrived it had the entire dispenser and an extra rinse cap enclosed in a separate bag. If you have extra rinse dispenser caps to send with the assembly why can I not just purchase the rinse dispenser cap?

F2E2 error?
Our dishwasher worked just fine but decided to buy new dish soap dispenser since plastic tab to close dispenser was broken. Easily installed new dispenser which was correct part for model number dishwater, but now code F2E2 presents and dishwasher won't work at all!

Quick and easy to instal
I watched the video from Sears on how to replace this part. It took all of 30 minutes and 3 tools. Nothing complicated, just removed the outer cover, the inner bracket, unplugged the old part and replaced it with the new one and reverse the steps to completion. Perfect fit and works like a charm. BTW, this was my first time repairing any kind of an appliance.

Dish washer dispenser
It was easy to install because I only had to install a small part. I had to order the whole dispenser. I only used the red knob. I had to pay $116.86 for the whole part. Why I could not just have bought the red knob which probably about $2.00. . Now I think if I would have to install the whole unit it would have been difficult for me to do

Directions would have been helpful
Was told it is easy to replace; more so just popping in it. Not so much...... Took a bit more -- needed metric drill bits (not just a philips screw driver) and needed 4.5-5 mm socket wrench (which we didn't have). Also, removed the front face of the door.

The dispenser Knob
I only needed the red dispenser knob for the dispenser. I didn't t need to change anything else. I didn't understand why I had to purchase the whole detergent dispenser. the red knob melted in my disherwasher.
