Once I had looked at repair videos, how to disassemble the washer casing. I knew it would be fairly easy. Once I had removed the old discharge hose, I saw the 'chaff' marks, the source of the leak. After installing the new hose, I added padding to where the discharge hose rubbed against the white fixture in the bottom of the washer. I expect many more years of service from my washer.

Easy to Install, also replace factory clamp

It was easy to installed, but I will suggest to replace the factory clamp with Carbon Housing Hose Clamp, which can be found at a Auto store.

Easy enough to install and saved

Relaxed drain hose on washer. It's only 7 years old. Don't make them like they used to. $450 for a washer and all you get is plastic. Only broke 1 of 3 plastic clips that hold plastic drain hose in place , but I had plastic zip ties so problem solved. Put flex tape on hose where the old 1 broke at transition point from inside to outside of cabinet so maybe I'll get a little longer out of this one
