Questionable Customer Service
I ordered a part with the assistance of sales staff. It didn't fit and found out it was non-returnable. Ordered a second time with reassurance this part would fit and that I could return if it didn't. It didn't fit. Contacted about return and was told I would receive an email with return label within 24 hours. It has been 72 hours and no email. And yes, I checked my junk folder daily.
