Looks like the apprentice did welding&assembly

It's definitely the correct part, I hope it performs and lasts long enough to justify the cost. But the welding job is pitiful and concerns me for longevity. The original part cracked from the outside near the blade through to the center and around the hub along the welds, I don't have too much faith in the new part with its poor workmanship. It was back ordered for a while and looks like they had the new guy wip it up in a hurry just to get this part out the door.
