Easy fix

20 minutes . Remove screws from inner door. Lift inner door off slowly. Remove electrical connections (may need a straight screwdriver).connect electrical plugs to new latch. Put in place. Seat inner door(bottom lip of inner door 1st) Replace screws.. If washer does not respond, Pull down slightly on latch handle in will loosen up after a few uses.
