Drive belt 954-0428 connects the motor pulley to the transmission to power the tiller's wheels and tines. If your tiller vibrates, loses power, or won t move when the engine is running, the drive belt may be worn or broken.

To install the new belt, disconnect the spark plug wire and allow the engine to cool. Remove any covers or guards blocking access to the drive assembly. Release belt tension, remove the worn belt, and loop the new one over the pulleys. Make sure the belt is properly aligned before reassembling any covers or guards.
