Mending typical equipment failures

• Lawn edger won’t start—Before beginning troubleshooting, assure your edger’s gas tank is filled and it’s in the Start position. If the problem persists, then you may have a faulty spark plug. • Leaf blower smokes—A leaf blower that's smoking often needs a new air filter. Inspect the air filter for excessive oil and debris. Replace it to restore the engine to normal operation.

• Blade—A dull blade will not effectively cut your grass. If you notice uneven cuts, then it’s a good sign that it’s time to sharpen or replace the blade.
• Wheels—The wheels of your mower are vital to keeping it moving. Naturally, after frequent use, the tires will begin to wear and possibly. They'll need to be replaced occasionally to keep your machine in working order.
