Simple part, long process

I will say that Sears direct was able to get the produce faster than any other service I sought. That said, I received the idler pulley a week after I was supposed to have gotten it being that it was an expedited delivery. Replacing the part was relatively simple. A few grains of patience may be required as it was not easy to fit the belt over the idler once loosed. Nothing a rachet set and a couple of spare washers can't handle with the addition of the pulley. Was sent a spare pulley due to the part bring back ordered which I appreciated.

The product does NOT come with the inner ball-bearing sleeve. Replacing the broken pulley without replacing the bearings seems like only getting half the job done. Typical Sears.
