Wrong Part!!

I carefully gave your representative the model name and serial number of my Jenn-Air Cook Top and was assured that you were sending me the correct replacement knobs. The ones sent are not the right ones - they sit on their respective posts about .25" too high. Please help me replace my old unreadable knobs with eh correct replacement knobs!

Did not fit as described

This knob was the only knob that was identified as fitting my particular oven top.. however it didn't & sat 1/2" proud from the top. Sears so far have been very good chasing this down & are refunding the total amount including delivery. They are following up with manufacturer.. My cooker top is about 15 years old so they might have changed slightly but the manufacturer should have changed the model to reflect this
