I ordered from them and they were the wrong fit. I returned them which they received on May 18 and here it is June 14 with no refund. I called last Thursday and was told I would get in 24 hrs, still nothing. Looks like I may have to contact BBB!

Bad customer service

I ordered 2 bisque colored knobs for my stove. I repeatedly ask the salesperson if he had the right color and when I was told the price i asked for 2 knobs? I was sent 10 black knobs. I called customer service and was told we sent that instead. Are you kidding??? I was refunded in 3 different installments. Super frustrated. I dont think I would ever order from your co again.
