We ordered these to replace the two with broken tabs. With no directions included, not sure whether they were to be snapped into place (they didn't snap easily) or the two screws on the back were to be used for correct install. Calls to Customer Service & Technical Support resulted in no help in how to install. They offered a Service Call for $79. So we decided to try again to snap them into place. We used olive oil on a Q-tip and coated both the inside of plastic tabs & the tines on the upper rack. We were then able to force them into the proper position without breaking any of the plastic tabs. Success!
