Adequate, but also stupidly expensive.

Run of the mill sticky back gray foam. No instructions, or drawings, but not hard to figure out routing. Surprisingly, NOT destroyed in shipping, but that's the fault of the shipper, not sears packaging, which was total crap. A 15 foot roll of this is about $10, so go that route if you think you'll mess something up, and need more than this tiny amount. Oh, this was also about 2" too long. Bonus!
