Perfect Fit for Old Kenmore Oven!

After my oven took a wine bottle directly to the glass door (whoops), it was easy to replace with this outer glass piece. Since the glass comes mounted on a bracket, install is essentially unscrewing the existing piece and replacing with new. Note: no screws or instructions come with the part. I recommend searching 'kenmore oven glass replacement' on YouTube for a video by repair clinic. Very helpful.

I would recommend a second pair of hands to help.

My wife was able to help and we accomplished our task.

Same as original part so it fit perfectly. No problems installing.

Electrolux/Kenmore part

Was easy to install since I had enough practice. After trying 3 from another supplier that had the bottom bracket mounted wrong, I ordered from Sears. The first one, same as the others - bracket wrong. Second one fit but glass was scratched and was returned. The third one from Sears did fit correctly. I think there was a bad run at the Electrolux factory - which neither supplier did ever confirm although, I sent them copious notes, measurements and pictures. From start to finish, the process took over 4 months.

Did not fit, your part number didn't match my unit

Part didn't fit so I'm having to return. This is frustrating because I match the part number from your website so I'm guessing you have wrong part number associated with wrong appliances.
