Easy replacement of defective part

It was easy to install, but most important was the excellent help I received from the online chat about the part and the help with ordering it. Used the kenmore video to find the problem and install the replacement part. Extremely satisfied.

Followed the trouble shooting video found online to diagnose the control circuit. Replaced the two part kit, do it right people. Did i mention to bring back Sears Catalog. Took off one star for slow delivery.

Replacing fuse was Simple straight forward

Easy to install getting to it removing panels took long but fuse itself piece of cake

Bad Packaging

I tried 3 times with customer service to get this right it should of had 2 different temp switch's in this kit for the dryer just gave up and will buy a new dryer but not a kenmore sears days are over
