Part is great; process of ordering was less so
I replaced a broken left side slide rail for my Kenmore refrigerator crisper drawer and the shelf above it. I had some difficulty feeling confident that I was ordering the correct part for the left side. I was also a bit disappointed with the $10 shipping fee. When the part arrived, I was glad that it was correct and that the screw holes matched perfectly. There were a couple of snap in parts without explanation that I figured out, but some guidelines/instructions would have been helpful. In the end, I spent much more time cleaning the refrigerator than replacing the part.

it was easy to install. t's plastic though, so it will break again. Why wouldn't it be made of metal so it was durable. It would then last forever. It wasn't clear the first time I ordered it what the size was. There was no size posted at the site I was looking at. I ordered the wrong size, had to return which was easy, but they did not return my shipping cost. I had to repay the shipping cost when I ordered the correct part, it's almost the same price as the part, unfortunate. I received the right part pretty quickly and the refund less shipping cost pretty quickly. Easy install, less than 2 minutes.
