Exact part for my mower but no hardware
So, this is just the plain black plastic cover that installs over the opening in your mower deck so that you can proceed with mulching your lawn. This issue I had is with the agent I chatted with who assured me that the associated hardware (nuts, bolts, washers and rubber dog bones) all came with this cover. Unfortunately, when thus item showed up, it had none of the attaching hardware necessary to complete the install. This required some shopping online and at my local hardware store and I was able to finish in about 2 days.

If someone is replacing a grass baffle, it would be common knowledge that the mounting hardware would be recommended or supplied
