was given wrong information

I was told it was magnetic and easy to install. Not true, the old one has all these screws holding it on and it looks like I would have to do that also. I have not even tried to install it. Would like to return and get my money back and use my insurance to get it replaced.

Nothing was correct

Ordered freezer door seal that was listed as in stock. After I ordered, was told that it was NOT in stock. Then they shipped a part just so they could charge my card. Sent me a return label, I had to find a different box to use because the one I received was totally a wreck. Will never deal with these people again.
