Very helpful customer service!
I bought several parts for my 1998 Craftsman lawn tractor. The customer service rep was so helpful she suggested I buy the tune-up kit instead of individual pieces. My son was so impressed that everything was right there said it more than once. Everything was easy to install after I thought to Google a repair manual. It was right there for free. After that it was a piece of cake.
