"Not as promised"

While the spring itself appears to be correct, I specifically and repeatedly asked the Sears Parts specialist, " Will this come with installation instructions?" "Yes, absolutely" the specialist said. No instructions were included and a video I found on the Sears website was not relevant. I also asked repeatedly, "Can I return this part?", "Yes, absolutely" the specialist said. No, the part is not returnable. Buyer beware! Perhaps this type of service contributed to Sears going bankrupt?
