Sears is trash
Dear Sears thank you again for reminding me why the American economy is in the state it is in. I ordered a simple lawnmower replacement part. Your website advised I should receive it in a few days but yet I receive nothing. I called your 1-800 number which sounded like I got someone from a phone sex line who took my information and then disappeared. I then called the same number back and got a person who sounded 15 and was in a garage and seemed like he didn't know what day it was. After I advised them of my situation the line seemed to go dead and as i sat there for almost a minute of dead air I spoke up and seemed to startle the man. I asked if they could help and then stated they would send information to some department that is suppose to email me back in 3 days. Now! I ordered a 12 dollar part and it's going to take almost a week and a half to get? Then again, I should really blame me for believing that going directly to the business that I needed to go to would actually know what they were doing.
