It was easy to install. The hardest part I had was getting the latch to release to lift the top to get at the hoses. It fit perfectly.

Packaging could have been better.
Needed to replace the valve on my Kenmore Oasis, I ordered the part quite easily at the best price available. However, when I received my new valve, the box seemed to have been thrown around and there was a hole caused by something within the box. I opened the box and the valve was loose inside and one of the circuit connectors was bent from having been dislodged from the styrofoam and pushed into the side of the box, which is what caused the hole. Luckily, my repair guy from Ace Appliance, was able to take the valve and make it work. The box could have been packed with some sort of padding to prevent what happened. I am not sure why your company does not include padding. Please consider doing so for other customers.

Missing wiring harness
5 stars to customer service (Jayden). The first water inlet valve was missing the wiring harness. Called customer service and Jayden got me another valve sent no problems which had the wiring harness. Installation went quick once I got one with the wiring harness. Thanks Jayden, I appreciated the professional help.

Have not installed it yet,for son's college rental
part we ordered was $240 through Sears and Found the Same part online for sale at $54...Not quite sure why Sears needs to make so much off one part-Now super scared to even call them and have it installed...Overcharging by this margin is not right at all.
