Sears: great, Whirlpool: not so much...
It's what I needed for my Kitchenaid frig, so thank you Sears Parts Direct. This replacement part was not securely glued together like the original part that came off my circa 1996 counter depth refrigerator. This guard holds items on the shallow shelves in the freezer door. One clip broke on my old guard and it would not stay in. It took some sleuthing to find a replacement part, and I'm grateful I found it, but the quality of the replacement part is inferior to the originalÑa Kitchenaid/Whirlpool problem, not a Sears problem. I got the replacement part installed in spite of shoddy assembly, and it is doing the job I need it to do. Problem solved.

Sears parts sent in bad packaging
Sears does a very poor job shipping this product. They send it in a plastic envelope with no protective packaging or wraps. They had to send 4 before I received one that was not broken to bits.
