Exact part replacement. it was easy to replace.
my dishwasher was only 1 year old but a vacation rental and renters can be rough. a handy man we hired tried to tighten up the one side that came loose by wedging a wood screw next to the hex screw and it failed miserably. replacing the part outright took me 5 minutes and it looks and operates like new.
