This inline water filter assembly (part number GXRLQK) is for refrigerators.
Inline water filter assembly GXRLQK is for refrigerators without a built-in water filter. The filter connects directly to your refrigerator's water supply line. The assembly includes the water filter manifold, water filter part number GXRLQKR, mounting screw, mounting tape and the instruction manual.
Replace the filter every 6 months, or more often if water flow slows noticeably.
Shut off the water supply before installing this part.

Incorrect advice
The phone rep sold me this item all for me to end up figuring out that my fridge has no filter at all. Neither in the back or inside. I wish they could have advised me that based on the information I gave them about my fridge. Sucks to loose money on having to pay shipping but the customer service was nice.
