Right part shipped, wrong part on diagram.

It is not the parts department that failed here. Everything came in time and exactly what I asked for. However, the parts on the diagram for this particular Kenmore Elite ( LG ) trash refrigerator. Is completely incorrect. Someone should look in that. Model number 795.73133.411

Horrible experience ordering at SearsPartsDirect

Buyer beware! Just awfull experience buying from SearsPartsDirect. Ordered two parts for a fridge at 11:00 p.m. on a sunday. Try to cancel in the next hour. It would not let me. give me a 1-800 number to call. Called in the morning spoke with a distant country call center representative. He assured me he would work on canceling the order, he assured me that the monies are in the process of being refunded. So next day I received an email that part of my order has shiped. Call them again and they say they cannot stop it it has already shipped they give me a return label. The call center representative is assuring me that the second part of order has been cancelled. No worries, anyway the refund is already in the works. 2 days later I received an email that the second part of the order has shipped. No refund was ever made. Too bad the company would treat a customer like this for a 10 or $20 profit. I will never order from SearsPartsDirect again. I suggest you stay away as well.
