While it was easy to install the part, working with the online staff can be a problem. We ended up communicating with Sears on 4 separate occasions. 1. Incorrect part sent, provided extremely detailed information and receive the part for the wrong side of the freezer. 2. second part sent was broken and required replacement prior to installation. 3. the 3rd part had loose screws which my husband tightened. Finally installed and it works beautifully. 4. credit received for 1st part excluded the shipping. the error was on the part of the staff member assisting me. Hopefully will receive the additional $10 credit on my credit card. Sorry no photos.
