over priced
when we ordered the basket for the door they did not tell us the lowest price. we could get the same part less than 50% of what we were charged. The parts are the same for the LG refrigerator. they also try to pressure sell the maintinence contract.

Got the right part
One of the shelves on my refrigerator door was cracked. Had used a glue gun on it for years. Finally decided to see if I could get a new one. The salesperson I talked to was very knowledgeable. We bought the refrigerator 10 years ago and she found it in the computer and knew just what I needed. Got it within a week. Very happy with their service.
