It works!
The part is in my dishwasher and working well so far. Not sure if I put it in right, as there were no instructions and I couldn't find a link to a video that was like my machine. See if the supplier can get you some instructions to go with it.

It really depends on how your dishwasher is installed as to how difficult to install the springs. We have about 2 inches on either side so it was a bit of a challenge. It took about 45 minutes to get the old ones out and the new ones installed.I ended up using a heavy duty plastic tie to insure that they stay in place.

Correct part, but delayed delivery.
The part was exactly what I ordered and needed, but it took longer to be delivered than I was led to believe when I placed the order. The website said that they had it in stock, which customers would then expect that it would ship within a day or two. With ground shipping, the part should have taken no longer than a week to reach me, but the order was made on November 24 and wasn't delivered until December 14. I suspect Sears PartsDirect had to order it from Whirlpool, get it shipped to them, then ship it to me. This is fine, but I would have preferred that Sears be honest with their estimated delivery date and told me up front that it might take three weeks to get to me, so I wouldn't be angry or disappointed that I didn't get the part when I thought that I would.
