Obsolete?
I have been a Sears purchaser for years, but this was a wrong choice. It arrived in a box that looked very old and used. It was ripped open and made me take pictures of it before I started the install. When I neared the end of the install, I found out that the remotes would not work. I went back to SearsParts and went to order new, and found out that the parts for it were OBSOLETE or NO LONGER STOCKED. What it looks like to me is they sent me an old unit at new prices. I learned my lesson for the day.
