Terrible transaction
Needed replacement parts for my Sears Kenmore garbage disposal. Was informed the parts I needed and subsequently ordered them. When the parts came (separate shipments) I was missing a part per the schematic diagram I was provided. I contacted Sears Parts to inquire about the missing part and they told me this part was not included in my order and I needed to order and pay for it separately. The rep then looked up my model and said that parts for this unit are no longer available and the parts that I was sent would not fit my disposal. Now I have to send everything back for reimbursement. So, 3 weeks later I need to buy a new garbage disposal. Very inconvenient and I wasted a lot of time because of bad customer service and a lack of knowledge of the product. I won't do this again.
