Took months to receive a simple screw!
I wouldn't order any more parts from Sears PartsDirect if you need them anytime soon. It took a simple screw 17 weeks to get here, and only after I escalated the issue. The mowing season is over now, so I don't even need it anymore.

Met my needs, but overly expensive
Replaced a screw with a broken tip on a Lawn Tractor. The screw was part of the front axle guard.
