Pre-cut trimmer string
When I went online to order, it said, 12, +3. When I received them, there was 5, +3. I spent $74 including shipping for 4 containers totaling 32 pieces, when I thought I was supposed to receive a total of 60 pieces. When I tried to call, I was on the phone for close to an hour 2 different times before I got sick of it. So, no, I am not happy with my purchase. Next time I need something, it won't be Sears. No wonder you're going out of business.

Could be easier for
These aren't too difficult to install, but the string head surely be engineered for a fall down easy string change out. And, the price of $2+ for a 16' length of plastic that seems to disappear rather quickly will relegate the trimmer to very little use.
