Sipping Department stinks
Mulch kit fit perfectly. How ever the shipping was not a thing of grace. The box showed up taped up with the plug and attachments gone. Only the blades made it to us after it took 6 weeks to get to us., of course under the excuse covid-19. Called right away was sent by email a shipping label to it to the UPS store and shipped the item. received a new box within a week..

I didn't use all of the parts. The instructions were not clear. The video of the installation was never sent to my email as promised. I did not attempt to change the blades because I had no way of lifting or jacking up the lawn mower.
