Incorrect parts shipped multiple times
The product shipped to me 3 times wasn't the part ordered. I am still waiting the refund in full including shipping charges due to Sears miss handling the order. I have reached out to the BBB regarding this matter. I also requested to speak to a US representative to only be denied by Asian representatives. Sears no longer handles customer service issues appropriately in resolving online orders and returns.

Wrong part sent
Ordered one part number received a different one, that you could tell had been sent and returned multiple times, contacted customer service, no help. Just sent part back and lost $15 dollars because of there mistake
